Courtroom Discrimination

Discrimination is everywhere in the world and no matter how many people try to stop the discrimination of certain races, it will never really go away. You may have heard a lot about discrimination in schools and other places but have you ever heard of discrimination in the courts? Yes, discrimination can happen here as well. There are many people in court who discriminate their peers and also those people who stand before the court pleading their case. It can be really difficult for these people to win a case if the judge is against them because they are being discriminated. Let us now look at some of the things that justify discrimination so without further due, let us begin.

One way that you can detect discrimination is when some people think that they are better than others. Discrimination has been something that has been at the start and is still going on right now no matter how many times people tried correcting it. Yes, it is true that there are people who are smarter than others and there are people who are more skilled than others but this does not mean that you can go around and boast that you are a better person than others just because you have these skills. Another way that you can detect discrimination and racism is by seeing if people think that they are a higher class than others. There are actually a lot of people who think this way and this is really bad because it is discriminating to the other people.

If judges were racist, they can not really make fair judgments because they are racist against some people and this is really bad and must be stopped; the thing is, it is really hard to detect these kinds of discrimination. One reason is that the person in court will not get a right and clean judging because the judge is against you. If you are trying to win a case and your judge keeps discriminating you, it can be really hard to win because since they are higher than you, you can not really do anything about it and these judges have the final say so you are at their mercy. Discrimination and racism is everywhere even in places where you least think they will be such as in the courtroom. These are some of the things that you should be careful of.
